Abstract

Colour is my passion and plays a key role in my approach to painting. Starting with a clean slate in mind, each composition begins without a preconceived idea of what to paint. Simplifications of reality, detail is eliminated from recognizable objects leaving only the essence recognizable forms. Painting gives me a way to touch people's lives. It is why I paint.
